Our Corporate Recovery Team increasingly act as troubleshooters who can provide a full recovery and insolvency service to banks, finance companies, venture capitalists and insolvency practitioners. We advise on the preservation and realisation of assets for the benefit of creditors. We examine the possibility of turning round businesses in distress either inside or outside a formal insolvency process. We also advise on moratoria with creditors, debt restructuring options, informal arrangements and work-outs.
Together with our corporate and tax teams, we advise on restructuring schemes for companies. In addition, we regularly advise directors on their responsibilities and in connection with director disqualification proceedings.
